PUSH Beverages

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 4, 2026

Push Beverages Central LLC (“Push Beverages Central,” “we,” “us”) operates pushbeveragescentral.com, where customers in Oklahoma order Simply Push and Chu-Chi beverages for delivery or pickup. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect:

  • Your name, email address and phone number, so we can confirm the order and reach you about it.
  • A delivery address, or the pickup location you chose. Delivery addresses are also used to work out the correct Oklahoma sales tax for your jurisdiction.
  • What you ordered — products, quantities, prices, tax and any credit-card processing fee.
  • For school fundraiser orders, the school and the program the proceeds go to, and the name of the person collecting.

If you create an account we also keep your sign-in email and a password that is stored only as a one-way hash. We never see your password.

Card and bank details

We do not receive or store your card number, expiry date, security code, bank account number or routing number. When you pay, your browser sends those details directly to Stripe Payments Company, which exchanges them for a one-time payment token. Our server receives that token and the last four digits — never any part of the card number itself — and uses the token to take the payment. Stripe also tells us whether the card is credit or debit, which is how the credit-card fee is applied to credit cards only. What is kept on the order is the last four digits, the amount, and Stripe’s reference for the transaction. That is all we hold, and it is all we need to look up a payment or issue a refund.

Bank account payments (wholesale orders). If you choose to pay by bank account, you connect your bank inside a window provided by Stripe. Your online-banking login goes to Stripe and your bank only; we never see it, and we never receive your account or routing number. What we get back is the name of the bank, the last four digits of the account, whether it is a checking or savings account, and Stripe’s reference for the payment. A bank payment takes a few business days to clear; the order stays on hold until Stripe confirms it.

Why we use it

  • To take, price, fulfil and deliver your order.
  • To calculate the correct Oklahoma state and local sales tax, and to report and remit that tax as the law requires.
  • To email you a confirmation, a receipt, a delivery update or a refund notice.
  • To keep the business’s accounting and inventory records.
  • To answer you when you contact us about an order.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run the store. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job, and none of them may use your information for their own purposes:

  • Our payment processor, Stripe Payments Company — receives your card or bank details directly from your browser to take the payment, the order amount, and details of the device used to pay (its internet address, whether it is a phone or a computer, and the phone number you gave us) so Stripe can screen the payment for fraud.
  • A bot check, Cloudflare Turnstile — runs on the payment step to confirm the order is placed by a person. It receives connection details from your browser; in Cloudflare’s words it “does not access, store, or transmit user communications, form entries, or other page inputs,” and it sets no cookie.
  • Hosting and database providers — store the order and account records that run the site.
  • An email delivery provider — sends your order confirmations, receipts and account emails.
  • An address lookup provider — as you type an address, the text you type is sent to it so it can suggest matches.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

Cookies and site storage

We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and one to remember pre-launch preview access. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and the bot check on the payment step sets none.

How long we keep it

Order, payment and tax records are kept for as long as Oklahoma and federal tax and accounting rules require us to keep them. Account records are kept while your account is open.

Your choices

Email orders@pushbeveragescentral.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or close your account. Records of completed, paid orders must be kept for tax purposes and cannot be removed.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will remove it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Card and bank details never reach our systems. The credentials that let the site talk to Stripe are held on the server only and are never sent to a browser. Access to order and customer records is restricted to the store’s administrators.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
