Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use pushbeveragescentral.com or place an order with Push Beverages Central LLC (“we,” “us”). By placing an order you accept them.

Where we serve

We currently deliver and offer pickup in Oklahoma only. Delivery addresses must be in a jurisdiction we have loaded, because that is how the correct sales tax is determined. If an address will not resolve, we cannot take the order.

Accounts

You can order as a guest or create an account. You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Prices, tax and fees

• Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order.
• Oklahoma sales tax is calculated for your specific delivery or pickup jurisdiction and shown to you before you pay.
• Credit card payments carry a processing fee, which is shown on the checkout page before you authorise anything. Debit cards and bank transfers do not carry that fee.
• The total you are shown before you press pay is the total you are charged. If the amount would come out higher than what was displayed, the order stops and asks you first.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Company, a licensed money transmitter, on behalf of Stripe, Inc. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are not stored on this site. Card payments are authorised immediately. Bank transfers are not instant — they are confirmed by your bank within a few business days, and delivery is scheduled once the transfer clears. You can follow the state of your order from the link in your confirmation email.

Delivery and pickup

• Delivery dates are the dates we schedule for, not guarantees. Weather, stock and access can move them; we will tell you if one moves.
• School fundraiser orders are pickup at the school on the drop-off day. They are never delivered to a home address. Somebody the family sends may collect on their behalf.
• You are responsible for giving us an address we can actually deliver to, and for collecting pickup orders on the day.

Cancellations and refunds

Email orders@pushbeveragescentral.com as early as you can. We will cancel or refund an order that has not gone out. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, in full or in part, and take a few business days to appear — your bank decides exactly when, not us. If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us and we will make it right.

Products

Push Beverages Central is an authorized distributor of products manufactured by Push Beverages, LLC. Ingredient, nutritional and allergen information is printed on the packaging and published at www.pushbeverages.com. Formulations and packaging are subject to change by the manufacturer; the product label is the authoritative source. Review it before consuming if you have an allergy or dietary restriction.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, to try to reach accounts or data that are not yours, or to place orders you do not intend to pay for. We can refuse or cancel an order, and close an account, if any of that happens.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and the catalogue accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or always error-free. Products can go out of stock after you have added them to an order; if that happens we will contact you rather than substitute something you did not choose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Push Beverages Central distributes products manufactured by Push Beverages, LLC and does not control their formulation, ingredients or labeling. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Oklahoma.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.
